Bilstein's B16 PSS9/PSS10 suspension system responds to the need of motorists who demand performance. With its adjustable ride-height suspension, mono-tube/inverted technology, harmonised with motorsport springs of high-strength material, Bilstein's B14 PSS suspension system can vary your car's body height by a registered amount of approx. 20mm at a reduction of approx. 50mm on the front and rear axles. Additionally, 9/10 different settings can be selected on both the compression and rebound strokes by means of an adjuster wheel. Professional tuning of the car is achieved through both height and parallel damping force adjustment - drivers find their perfect settings - under all driving conditions.

Our returns policy is simple!
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

How do I return an item?
Simply call us on 0845 3105 605 and one of our Customer Support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the items are faulty.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. For all other goods, the delivery charge will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application. We deliver to any where in the World so just pick your Country at the checkout and the carriage is worked out for you. Delivery to Countries outside the UK normally take 7-8 working days from the recipt of the order.
