The picture shows a wheel with 4 bolts, mine has 5, will they fit? The pictures we show are library pictures only provided by the manufacturer, all wheels come in fitments for most makes and models of car covering 4 and 5 bolt fitting
What tyres come with the wheels? The prices on the site are for wheels with a set of budget tyres (Continental, Hancook, Nangkang) unless otherwise stated. We can get all makes of tyres so should you want something specific please let us know and we can quote for this accordingly
Do you have the wheels in stock? We are linked directly to all of the manufacturers so we have the wheels in stock in 99% of cases
How long does delivery take? Wheels on their own takes 48 hours for delivery, wheels and tyres can take 3-4 days as they have to have the tyres fitted and balanced before dispatch.
How much is delivery on a set of wheels? The cost of delivering a set of wheels is £5.99 in the UK and £35.00 outside of the UK
Do the wheels come with a fitting kit? A full fitting kit is provided with all set of wheels and wheels and tyres, this includes spigot rings and bolts/nuts depending on vehicle fitment
Do wheels come with a set of locking wheel nuts? Unfortunately we do not supply a set of locking wheel nuts as standard, these can be purchased separately for £24.99
Do the tyres come fitted to the wheels? When a package of wheels and tyres are ordered then the tyres will be fitted to the wheels, balanced and ready to go on the car.
Are the prices on the site for a single wheel or a set of 4? Some of the wheels on our site are priced singularly and some are priced as packages, it is best to look at the detailed descriptions of each product before ordering.
Can I buy a single wheel on it’s own? Yes we do sell single wheels, we understand that accidents happen and that you do not always need a full set of wheels so single wheels are available for purchase as and when they are needed.
What happens if the wheels do not fit? We always recommend that wheels are test fitted before they are driven on, if wheels only are supplied then we cannot accept them back if they have had a set of tyres fitted to them. If wheels and tyres are supplied then we cannot accept them back if they have been driven on. Test fitting these on cardboard is recommended before any miles are done on the tyres.

Our returns policy is simple!
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

How do I return an item?
Simply call us on 0845 3105 605 and one of our Customer Support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the items are faulty.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. For all other goods, the delivery charge will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application. We deliver to any where in the World so just pick your Country at the checkout and the carriage is worked out for you. Delivery to Countries outside the UK normally take 7-8 working days from the recipt of the order.
