Be able to make repayments by direct debit.
Provide your previous address if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years.

Our returns policy is simple!
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Returns How do I return an item? Simply call us on 0845 3105 605 and one of our Customer Support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the items are faulty.

Delivery Times

Most stock items are delivered within 2-4 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If Edworthys.co.uk or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods.

Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. For all other goods, the delivery charge will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application. We deliver to any where in the World so just pick your Country at the checkout and the carriage is worked out for you. Delivery to Countries outside the UK normally take 7-8 working days from the recipt of the order.
